Elite Customer Service Contract
Ensure support for all your manufacturing software and CNC machines, including two on-site visits per year.
Select Customer Service Contract
Provides unlimited customer support for all of your manufacturing software needs including all Optimation nesting products. One on-site visit is included at no additional charge.
Basic Hourly Support Contract
Provides 10 hours of telephone and modem customer service for an annual flat fee of $1,500.00. As with the other EMS customer service products, you will receive discounts on all of our other software products.
